At Derbyshire Web Hosting we operate a range of community web sites designed to share local information primarily for small business and community organisations.

Amber Valley Info is our primary community resource and has been running since 2012, the site has a directory with 1000's of local businesses registered and an events section with 100's of events listed from major shows such as The Cromford Steam Rally through to zumba classes and school fetes.

We also host a number of sites which provide a more local view of the data held on Amber Valley Info. The most popular of these sites is Our Alfreton which receives around 3000+ visitors every month.

As well as running our own community sites, we support other local sites by providing affordable hosting packages and offering our time for free to help maintain the sites.

Sites we currently maintain in this way are Somercotes Parish Council, Somercotes Leisure Centre and Somercotes Local History Society
